Sania Mirza back in top 100 ranking list

India's top women tennis player, Sexy Sania Mirza, managed to come back in the top 100 WTA Singles rank list. This was possible because of her performance at Pattaya Open.

Sania Mirza jumped 39 places up and now placed at no. 87. This ranking was based on latest WTA ranking list as of February 16th 2009.



Also Sania Mirza managed to be at 63 of WTA doubles ranking too.

Sania Mirza's ranking was down to 126 places this year due to her wrist injury as she was not participated any major WTA titles.

Sania Mirza entered into the second round of Pattaya Open

India's tennis sensation sexy Sania Mirza entered into the 2nd round of Pattaya open here in Pattaya.

Sania Mirza beat Nicha Lertpitaksinchai in 7-6, 7-5 sets. But Sania Mirza was trailed 3-5 in both sets against the 945th ranked Thai player.

"She didn't play like she is 945. She hit like she is in the top 50". Said Sania Mirza.



"It is always difficult to play with someone you don't know in the first round. But I am happy to raise my level and pulled through." Said Sania.
